Jaidev Merchant is the founder Director of Aamirav Ingredients and Specialties Pvt. Ltd., which was established in 1991.Jaidev worked for 14 years with a leading Public Ltd. Company, The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Co. Ltd., in various departments before leading the Marketing of a Surfactant AOS being manufactured in India for the first time.

Winston retired at Director Level from Unilever sfter completion of 40 years of service ( 37 years in Hindustan Unilever-Mumbai based and 3 year in Unilever Thailand - Bangkok based ) in the chemicals ( 5 years ) and Fabric Wash/Fabric Care Business (35 years ).
