Mr. Winston Pereira

Winston retired at Director Level from Unilever after completion of 40 years of service ( 37 years in Hindustan Unilever-Mumbai based and 3 year in Unilever Thailand - Bangkok based ) in the chemicals ( 5 years ) and Fabric Wash/Fabric Care Business (35 years ).

He has headed the Regional development Center( RDC ) for Fabric Wash/Fabric Clean for Central Asia/Middle East (covering countries from Israel to Bangladesh ) and later the RDC for Asia (covering South Asia-India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, etc., South East Asia-Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, etc., North Asia- China, Taiwan And ANZ-Australia/New Zealand).

Responsibilties included product & process development, competitor intelligence, Supply Chain Optimization, Marketing Support, Cost Effectiveness, Quality Improvement, Raw Material Selection, etc. for Fabric Wash/Fabric Clean covering powders, bars and liquids for fabric wash and for liquid fabric conditioners.

He has also had product development responsibilities in fabric wash for Brazil ,Western Europe, Eastern Europe And Russia.
